The qualified candidates should be Diploma in Basic Aircraft Maintenance
Engineering and/or a valid rating and having four (4) years of practical
experience on Aircraft / Component as applicable for maintenance activities per
company requirements. He must have an Airman A&P license. The Inspector
shall have minimum 24 Months of Practical experience with methods,
techniques, practices, aids, equipment and tools appropriate to perform
maintenance and he should be qualified to NDT level II (NAS-410) inspector and
perform inspections in the method (PT, MT, UT, RT, ET). He must be able to set
up and standardize equipment (where applicable), read and interpret
indications, and evaluate them with reference to applicable standards and
specifications and be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the
method and able to organize and report NDT results in a manner specified by
the employing organization and having the ability to apply detailed techniques
to products or parts within the limitations of the qualifications requirements.
