B. Tech. degree in engineering plus minimum of ten years relevant HVAC Inspection Experience in construction projects. Fluent com- mand of the English language (spoken and written). Has a valid driver’s license. Pass written exam based on industry codes and standards (e.g. SMACNA, Uniform Mechanical Code, NFPA 90A & ASHRAE, etc.)
